    • This is our most affordable shipping option, but delivery times can vary depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery within 1-2 business days for major cities and regions.

    • Available at an additional cost for faster delivery.

  • Rural Areas:

    • Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer (up to 7 business days) depending on the courier’s service coverage.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays).

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery location.

  • Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Orders over R1000 may qualify for free standard shipping, depending on the specific promotions at the time of your order.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@spareslys.co.za. Changes can only be made before your order is dispatched.

 

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@spareslys.co.za as soon as possible. We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue.

  • In the event of a damaged item upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

International Shipping

At this time, Spareslys only offers shipping within South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside of South Africa and would like to inquire about international shipping, please contact us at info@spareslys.co.za for more information.
