At Spareslys, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns for unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@spareslys.co.za with your order number and details.

2. Condition of Returns

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care products) may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or clearance items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
